Prodigy Real Estate Group recently collaborated on the sale of a former Best Buy in North Aurora, Illinois.  The sale was conducted via auction by Ten-X Commercial Real Estate.  The 30,000 square foot vacant junior box is part of North Aurora Towne Center and has outstanding visibility along I-88.  The property was sold by a New York City based investment advisor to a local investor.
