Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, be detail oriented, have exceptional problem-solving abilities and have previous condominium property management experience, including major project supervision.
Responsibilities (duties include but are not limited to the following:)
- Provide customer service to and communicate effectively with residents and Board Members, answer/return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, issue work orders for maintenance requests and provide information as requested.
- Supervision of all building staff.
- Prepare board packets in preparation for monthly Board of Director meetings, schedule and attend all meetings.
- Prepare and review bid proposals as directed. Monitor Association contracts. Meet with vendors and negotiate contracts as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare and distribute homeowner correspondence, notices, bulletins, etc.
- Maintain and administer Association records.
- Review monthly financial reports for the Association and distribute to the Board of Directors.
- Review and monitor unit owner accounts.
- Perform routine on-site property inspections.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in Illinois Condominium Association management and the Illinois Condominium Property Act.
- CAM License required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Building Link preferred but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams/Zoom.

- $60,000 – $72,000 per year
