On-Site Condominium Property Manager

Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, be detail oriented, have exceptional problem-solving abilities and have previous condominium property management experience, including major project supervision.

Responsibilities (duties include but are not limited to the following:)

  • Provide customer service to and communicate effectively with residents and Board Members, answer/return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, issue work orders for maintenance requests and provide information as requested.
  • Supervision of doorstaff, building engineer and janitor.
  • Prepare board packets in preparation for monthly Board of Director meetings, schedule and attend all meetings.
  • Prepare and review bid proposals as directed. Monitor Association contracts.  Meet with vendors and negotiate contracts as directed by the Board of Directors.
  • Prepare and distribute homeowner correspondence, notices, bulletins, etc.
  • Maintain and administer Association records.
  • Review monthly financial reports for the Association and distribute to the Board of Directors.
  • Review and monitor unit owner accounts.
  • Perform daily on-site property inspections.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in Illinois Condominium Association management and the Illinois Condominium Property Act.
  • CAM License required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Appfolio and Building Link preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams/Zoom.
