Prodigy Real Estate Group is looking to add Market Directors to its Investment Sale brokerage team.  The position will conduct the sale of retail properties throughout a defined geographic region and is supported by Prodigy’s business generation, research, financial analysis and graphics functions.  The ideal candidate is ambitious, possesses a very strong work ethic, operates well in a team environment and has a passion for growth.  The candidate will report to, and interface with, one of the company’s principals.  This is an employee position with salary, benefits, and potential for very high income.

Responsibilities

  • Market for sale retail properties on behalf of owner clients
  • Interact and follow up with buyers in the market
  • Develop relationships with owners of retail properties via significant daily prospecting
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of respective market conditions
  • Interact/contribute alongside the Prodigy support team for production of listing presentations and offering information
  • Where possible refer other business (property management, leasing etc.) to other Prodigy divisions
  • Contribute with appropriate information to Prodigy databases
  • Provide detailed reporting of marketing activities to clients
